This Privacy Policy explains how ANapps Digital LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, including Macrify, Pruzzos, Emerly, and other applications developed or maintained by ANapps Digital LLC (collectively, the “Apps”).
The information collected and features available vary depending on which App you use.
By using our Apps and related services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Depending on the App you use and the features you choose to use, we may collect the following types of information.
Personal Information
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing or delivery address
- Account login information
Account & Profile Information
- User settings and preferences
- Saved goals, nutrition preferences, or order preferences
- Subscription or purchase status
- App-specific preferences and settings
Nutrition & Health-Related Information (Macrify)
If you use Macrify, we may collect information you choose to provide, including:
- Meal descriptions
- Food photos submitted for analysis
- Calorie and macronutrient tracking data
- Height, weight, age, gender, fitness level, or goal-related inputs
- Progress history
This information is used to provide tracking, analysis, and personalization features.
Macrify provides estimates and informational tools and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Memories, Photos & User-Created Content (Emerly)
If you use Emerly, we collect and store content that you voluntarily create, upload, or save within the App. Depending on how you use Emerly, this may include:
- Photos and images
- Memory titles and descriptions
- Dates associated with memories
- Collections and organizational information
- Tags, moods, or other details associated with memories
- Keepsakes, recaps, and other content generated from your saved memories
- Comments or interactions associated with shared memories
- Other user-created content supported by Emerly
This information is used to provide Emerly’s memory storage, organization, personalization, keepsake, resurfacing, and sharing features.
ANapps Digital LLC does not sell your personal memories, photos, or user-created content.
Transaction & Payment Information
Depending on the App, we may process or receive information related to purchases, subscriptions, or orders, including:
- Purchase history
- Subscription or purchase status
- Order details
- Billing address
- Partial payment identifiers
We do not store full credit or debit card numbers.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Apple’s App Store payment system.
Usage, Device & Operational Information
Depending on the App and feature being used, we may receive or process:
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- IP address, when applicable
- Browser or device information
- Operational information necessary to provide or protect App functionality
Emerly does not currently use a dedicated product analytics or crash-reporting service. However, Emerly maintains limited operational information required for its features and security, which may include shared-link view counts, share counts, notification preferences and tokens, and records used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Location Data
If an App offers location-based functionality and you choose to enable location services, location information may be used to provide features such as delivery services or other location-based functionality.
Communications
If you contact us, we may collect:
- Support messages
- Feedback or feature requests
- Email correspondence
- Information you voluntarily provide as part of your request
How We Use Your Information
Depending on the App and features you use, we may use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Apps
- Create and manage user accounts
- Process payments, purchases, and subscriptions where applicable
- Fulfill orders for business applications such as Pruzzos
- Deliver receipts and confirmations
- Personalize user experiences
- Generate nutrition tracking insights in Macrify
- Store, organize, display, and resurface memories in Emerly
- Generate Emerly keepsakes, recaps, memory cards, shared pages, and story videos
- Enable users to share selected Emerly content
- Send App-related notifications when enabled
- Maintain security and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse
- Comply with applicable legal, tax, and financial obligations
- Respond to support requests
- Diagnose technical issues and improve performance and reliability
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for product improvement where that information does not reasonably identify an individual user.
Photo & AI-Based Analysis (Macrify)
Macrify may use automated or artificial intelligence-based processing to provide supported food and nutritional analysis features.
If you submit food photos or related information for analysis:
- Content may be processed to generate nutritional estimates
- Submitted photos are not sold to third parties
- Photos may be stored securely when necessary to support App functionality
- Generated nutritional information is an estimate and is provided for informational purposes only
Macrify does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions and does not provide medical recommendations.
Emerly Content & Photo Storage
Emerly stores user-created memories and related information using cloud database and storage infrastructure.
Photos uploaded to Emerly may be stored in their original form and may also be processed to create optimized or resized copies. These copies are used to support features such as faster loading, memory displays, keepsakes, shared pages, and other visual experiences.
Emerly may also generate additional files at your request, such as memory cards or story videos.
Emerly does not use artificial intelligence to analyze the contents of your memories or photos.
We do not sell Emerly users’ personal photos, memories, or other user-created content.
Emerly Sharing & Public Links
Emerly allows you to intentionally share selected memories and generated content with other people.
When you create a shareable Emerly link:
- The shared page can be viewed by anyone who has the exact link
- A viewer does not need an Emerly account to access the shared page
- Shared pages are not intentionally listed in a public directory or made searchable within Emerly
- Share links use unique identifiers intended to make accidental discovery difficult
- Share links do not currently expire automatically
- A share link remains available until it is disabled or removed, or until the associated account is deleted
Because shared links are accessible without authentication, you should treat any content you publish through a share link as information that can be viewed by anyone who obtains that link. Recipients may also copy, save, screenshot, or further share information that you make available to them.
You are responsible for deciding which memories you share and who receives the link.
Where supported, shared memories may also collect information necessary for the sharing experience, including view counts, share activity, and comments.
Emerly Content Deletion
Deleting an individual memory removes that memory from your visible Emerly account and deletes its primary memory record.
Certain files or records associated with that memory may remain for a period of time in our backend systems. These may include uploaded or optimized images, generated media, sharing records, comments, or previously published shared-memory data.
Where available, users may separately disable shared links.
Deleting your entire Emerly account initiates a more comprehensive deletion process, including removal of associated public sharing links, account data, stored user files, and authentication information, except for information we may be required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or similar legitimate purposes.
We continue to improve our deletion processes to minimize retention of data that is no longer necessary to provide our services.
Third-Party & Cloud Services
Our Apps may rely on third-party service providers to provide certain functionality. Depending on the App, these may include:
- Payment processors
- Authentication providers
- Cloud database and storage providers
- Hosting providers
- Notification services
- Analytics or diagnostic providers where implemented
- Artificial intelligence or content-processing providers for features that use such technology
- Health or fitness integrations when enabled by the user
These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their respective services.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Paid Apps, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Our Apps may use different payment models.
Some Apps may be offered as paid downloads through Apple’s App Store. For example, Emerly is offered as a one-time paid download and does not currently require a subscription or offer in-app purchases.
Other Apps may offer subscriptions, purchases, ordering functionality, or other paid services.
Payments made through Apple’s App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and payment policies. Other transactions may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Developer service agreements with business clients may be governed by separate contracts.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the applicable App and its features
- Maintain accounts and saved content
- Fulfill legal or regulatory obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Maintain security
- Enforce applicable agreements
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the App involved, and the actions taken by the user.
Some deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, generated files, or other systems before being permanently removed.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no electronic transmission, cloud storage system, or digital service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Content & Privacy Choices
You control the content you choose to submit to our Apps.
Where supported, you may edit or delete information and content directly within the App. You may also choose whether to use optional features such as photo uploads, location services, notifications, or sharing functionality.
For Emerly, sharing a memory, memory card, shared page, story video, or other generated content is initiated by the user. You should only share content that you are comfortable making available to the intended recipients and anyone with whom they may further share it.
Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information may contact us using the information below.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to:
- Request access to certain personal information
- Correct or update information
- Request deletion of your account or personal information
- Opt out of promotional communications
- Request information about how your data is used
- Exercise other rights available under applicable privacy laws

Account Deletion
Where supported, you may delete your account through the applicable App. You may also contact us to request deletion.
Deleting an account may result in the deletion of associated content, including saved memories, photos, tracking history, preferences, shared content, or other App-specific information.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our Apps, services, technology, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
